Safety of users and equipment are the main target of maintenance by keeping the good functioning of the lifts through the monthly maintenance program along with immediate response for repairs and trouble shooting calls during duty hours,emergency calls (trapped passengers) for 24 hours a day, 7days a week. For new installation, free maintenance for(1) one year is guaranteed in the contract which could be continued upon the request of the owner. Maintenance and repair works are executed as per the manufacture instructions using genuine spare parts by skilled technicians and under the supervision of skilled engineers.

We are approved by the Kuwait fire brigade departments. Installation works are executed by skilled technicians under the supervision of skilled engineers.
Our field includes also rehabilitation, modernization and replacing all kinds of lifts including machine room less lifts, geared and gearless hoisting machine.
