Our production line is mainly dependent on our
manufacturer which is approved as a designer and
manufacturer. There are many items participates in the
vertical transportation systems most of them are hidden.
Hoisting machine is one of the main items which could be
geared or gearless and could be fixed inside machine
room or machine room less. Hoisting machines are
different in types, sizes and capacities to suit the
needed power to the needed purpose. Another main item is
the control panels which are microprocessor and
computerized as per the latest technology.
The control panel controls the action of the hoisting
machine as per the command of the lift user inside or
outside the car. The most apparent items are the landing
doors and the cars. Landing doors could be painted steel
or stainless steel with its all types from mirror to
etched patterns finishes. Also landing doors could be
cladded with wood or any other possible material as per
the owner’s request. Landing doors are 90 minutes fire
rated. The lift cars have also different types of
finishes like painted steel, aluminum, stainless steel,
plastic laminate, skin plate, leather and flooring could
be P.V.C Rubber or marble or granite. Also there are
different types of suspended ceiling, and lighting could
be florescent or spot. Tented or white mirror can be
provided on half or full back wall while hand rail could
be on one side or the three car sides, cars could be
provided with two entrances opposite or vertical as per
the requirements of the building.
We have also panoramic lifts which could be fixed in
door – like hotels – or outdoor like the towers, which
allows the user to enjoy the surrounding view. Panoramic
lifts have different shapes, capacities and speed which
meets the architecture requirements.
Another type of lifts is the hydraulic lifts which are
mainly for big capacities and mostly used in factories,
warehouses and garages.
The last type of lifts is the dumbwaiter lifts which is
not limited for foods but it can also transport files,
mail or small size packages like perfume or soap.
Dumbwaiter range is from 50 Kg to 300 Kg and it needs
limited or small area for installation and can serve
many stops and could be called or send from any floor to
another. As for
Escalators and travellators they are designed to suit
the requirements of the building which varies in rise,
angle, speed and capacity as it could be 6000
person/hour to 11000 person/hour and the finishes varies
from tempered glass or stainless steel or painted steel
and there are different colors for hand rail.
